How do I return an item?

ISKAY standard return/exchange policy is 14 days after the delivery for any unused products. However, for any manufacturing issue or defect, please contact us immediately to our email.

To make a return or an exchange of your ISKAY shoes, they should not have been worn outside, with no stains, with a clean sole and unwashed. Additionally, save the box and shoe bag, you will need them to ship your pair back to us using the United States Postal Service (postal office).

Please send an email to with your order number stating if you want a return or an exchange. In case you want to exchange our products, please tell us the new size and style you want to order. In case of a return, we will credit it back as soon as we receive the shoes. However, if you bought them with our special sale, the shipping fee for and exchange will be charged to you.

The ISKAY shoes should be sent back via the postal service to 14100 Genesee trail,  Austin TX 78717. We will be responsible for the shipping costs when using our preferred provider, the postal office. In case you decide to use another carrier, we will only the pay the equivalent of what the postal service charges.

Additionally, if you wish to return the shoes after the 14 days return window or after you used them, we do accept them with an additional 20% restocking fee.
